Taking Part

Every year there are different ways in which to take part in the Festival

Bury Busk

This has been a successful part of the festival over the last two years as buskers pop up all over town and we are delighted to be running it again in 2013.

Whether you perform classical, jazz, pop, indie, folk or any other kind of music you can download the form to take part. Please make sure that you return the form and cd/mp3 to the address on the form by 28 March 2013. You will need to perform an acoustic set with nothing more than a small buskers amp; no pa systems will be permitted.

Volunteer Stewarding

We are always looking for great volunteers to join our team of Festival stewards to help the various events run smoothly. Whether you are young or old, there are many aspects of the Festival stewarding that you can get involved in.

As a volunteer steward you can choose to work as few or as many events (depending on availability) as you are able to offer. We offer in return for your time the chance to watch some fantastic Festival events whilst stewarding, but also a pair of complimentary tickets for an event of your choice (subject to availability) for you to sit back and enjoy!!
