How to book

This year's Bury Festival takes place from 16-19 May 2013.
Tickets can be booked online, by phone, in person or by post:

Online

You can buy tickets online through www.buryfestival.co.uk or www.theapex.co.uk and there is no booking fee to pay if you purchase your tickets through these websites.

Tickets for Festival events can be booked securely here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply navigate to the event you would like to book tickets for, and click the Buy Now button. You don’t need to create an account before you start booking but will be asked to create one after clicking the ‘checkout’ button. If you already have an account you will be asked to log in after clicking the ‘checkout’ button.

Online booking for Festival Friends

Friends of the Festival who use online booking for the first time during the priority booking period need to create an account through the apex website by clicking here.

Friends of the Festival who have used online booking previously only require their email address and password and can proceed by clicking the Buy Now button next to their chosen event. A new password can be requested when at the log in page.

The Box office accepts telephone bookings from Monday - Saturday, 10.00am – 5.00pm.

There is a booking fee of £1.00 per transaction if you purchase your tickets by phone and pay by credit or debit card.

The box office at The Apex is open from Monday - Saturday, 10.00am – 5.00pm.

There is a booking fee of £1.00 per transaction if you purchase your tickets in person and pay by credit or debit card. No booking fee is payable if you pay by cash or cheque.

By Post

All events can be booked on the booking form at the back of the Festival brochure, which must be returned to the Festival Box Office at least one week prior to the event. No booking fee is payable if you purchase your tickets by post.

General Booking Information

Tickets may be collected from the Box Office at any time during Box Office opening hours. Seated tickets may be posted to you for a charge of 50p per transaction if they are booked one week prior to the event. Unreserved or standing tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances so they can be sent by regular post at your own risk for a charge of 50p or at your request can be sent by recorded delivery for £1.50 per transaction.

Unless otherwise stated, bookings for all events are being handled by the apex box office. We regret that tickets can not be exchanged nor money refunded. Bury St Edmunds Festival reserves the right to change or cancel the advertised programme.

Tickets may be purchased by using one of the following methods of payment: cash, cheque, VISA credit and debit cards, MasterCard, Maestro Domestic, Electron, JCB, Solo and Laser cards.

We do not accept Maestro International, Amex or Diners cards

All offers are limited and subject to availability. Discounts apply only to full-price tickets booked in advance and are not available with any other discounts and concessions.

£5 tickets

£5 tickets are available where marked for anyone aged under 25.

Group Bookings

Buy ten or more tickets for any event and save £1 per ticket.
